Ellen Yeates > Walk to Sun.... ~ Crabbing Pier Sunset ~ Located across from Stalman Park, the Crabbing Pier is a great place to go crabbing and enjoy the day. AEB +/-1 total of 6 exposures processed with Photomatix. Pro Tonal contrast, topaz denoise, vivez 2 ~ (on the wood, grass & sky) and tweaked in Photoshop (remove phone and light pole). Added contrast on pier woods.
Ellen Yeates > Austin Skyline ~ Finally, few cranes removed from the top of building. That night, I was not planning to shoot the skyline, since I did not have the METER with me so I had to use ISO 640... Believe it or not, I was on the Mini Tour BOAT and shoot this skyline with very still. Glad that it came out well but one image was blurr from the motion movement. This shot was taken on Oct. 29, 2010 between Hyatt Hotel and Tour Boat on the Lady Bird Lake. * On mini Tour Boat * Tripod * Camera Setting: Aperture Mode * Focal lenght: 15mm * ISO: 640 * Aperture: f/6.4 * Exposure: HDR 6 exposures (+2 to -2) * Process: Photomatix, HDR Efex Pro and then blending with Photomatix and HDR Pro in Adobe CS5.
Ellen Yeates > McWay Falls McWay Falls is an incredibly scenic waterfall. McWay Creek drops 80 ft. off a cliff onto the beach nestled in a pretty little cove. The overlook view of the cove where the waterfall drops, is stunning to say the least.
